CECO’s purpose is to work with the community to provide support for the most vulnerable populations specifically persons with disabilities, children (young girls and boys) older women and men without any discrimination based on tribe, religion, gender, social, age, education background or political status. Our actions will be guided based on proximity, innovation, and the involvement of the community.

Intergenerational Activities
Through this program, CECO ensure Gender mainstreaming and protection is adhered to I the community.
Social Justice
The social justice programs promote peace and reconciliation in the community by promoting accountability and transparency among leaders
Advocacy
The organization advocates for the rights of older persons, persons living with disabilities, foster counselling to children raised by older persons especially children living disabilities.
Health
The health department offers psychosocial support (counselling) to children raised by older persons, referral for older people to access medication and provide linkages to critically ill person to the nearby hospital.
Inclusive Education
Under the inclusive Education, CECO offers education in Emergency (EiE) and also, we understand that education cannot wait and every child has the right to education no matter their physical challenges
OBJECTIVES
- To reduce discrimination and advocate for the rights of older people and persons living with
disabilities - To promote the culture of acceptance of the aged and persons living with disabilities in the
communities - To encourage young people to appreciate education and make it inclusive to all including
children with disabilities. - To engage older person and persons living with disabilities in decision making processes and
fostering peace and harmony in the community. - To ease accessibility of medical services to older people and persons living with disabilities
- To raise awareness about Gender Based Violence in the community.
